Purpose

We champion the research excellence of our universities nationally and internationally. Together, through sustained investment in high quality research, we are making a positive and lasting difference to health, wellbeing and the world around us.

Objectives

We will promote the achievements of our members, highlighting research breakthroughs in science and engineering and their contribution to economic growth. We will identify opportunities for collaborative projects that strengthen the position of our region as an innovation cluster. We will champion sustainable research within our ecosystem, ensuring that our pursuit of excellence benefits both present and future generations.
